Principal Contractor in this turn key project, Rolling Hills Construction Ltd acted as Project Managers in this Pollan Bay Luxury House project. This project involves the construction of 1No. Private Home (circa 410M2) along with all associated site works and infrastructure development on the site of the former Pollan Bay Hotel. Alongside the magnificent home 3No. buildings containing 4No. housing units were constructed on strip foundations with Timber Frame structures and envelope finishes such as Render, Zinc and Stonework. Mechanical and Electrical installations consist of general power, heat pumps, MVHR, Fire Detection etc.

This architectural masterpiece is a harmonious blend of cutting-edge design, innovation and sustainability. Externally the house is a seamless integration of glass, steel, wood and concrete, creating a structure that feels both robust and ethereal. Internally floor-to-ceiling windows encase the living spaces, offering uninterrupted panoramic views and allowing natural light to flood every room. The exterior is marked by clean lines and minimalist design, with cantilevered balconies providing dramatic viewpoints and shaded outdoor spaces.
