A local client approached us with the idea of restoring a former bank on the main street of Moville to a more contemporary restaurant. With the project being of such proximity to the client we liaised throughout the design process offering input/consultation when necessary to allow for a smooth programme of works.

Our scope of work was the demolition of the rear of the building, renovation to the old vacant bank leaving it ready to be fitted out for a specific kitchen and bar, while also constructing and apartment to the first floor with a balcony overlooking the rear.
