The project involves the construction of a new private residential dwelling at Quigley’s Point, a scenic coastal location overlooking Lough Foyle. The site is situated on elevated, rolling terrain with panoramic views across the estuary and surrounding countryside, making careful site preparation and ground engineering essential to ensure stability and to preserve the natural landscape.

Rolling Hills Construction has been engaged to carry out the full scope of groundworks and structural construction, including excavation of the site, removal and stockpiling of topsoil, formation of foundations, and the construction of retaining walls to stabilise the sloping ground. The works also include the building of the residential structure and associated external works, ensuring the dwelling is safely integrated into the hillside while maintaining the visual and environmental character of the area.
